NEW YORK (AP) — The Kansas State University football team is going bowling — in a baseball stadium.

The Wildcats have accepted a bid to play Syracuse in the Pinstripe Bowl. The game is held Dec. 30 at Yankee Stadium.

It’ll be the first bowl game in the Bronx in nearly five decades. The last one was the Gotham Bowl in 1962, when Nebraska beat Miami.
