Woman Caught Up in Police Chase Crash Seriously Injured

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) –  A car being chased by police crashed on I-70 overnight, with an innocent driver in the other vehicle suffering critical injuries.

It happened around midnight on eastbound I-70 near Lucas and Hunt as a car full of armed suspects tried to veer across several lanes of traffic in an attempt to get away from pursuing officers.

They crashed into a car driven by 39-year-old Antoinette Moore of St. Louis, who is hospitalized in serious condition.

Police later arrested three suspects from the fleeing vehicle, including the driver identified as 29-year-old Freddie L. Mack of St. Louis.
