St. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — Anheuser-Busch InBev plans to buy a piece of Chinese brewer Dalian Daxue Brewery Co. from Japan’s Kirin Holdings.
According to the bizjournals.com AB InBev will buy a 25 percent stake in the brewery, but declined to disclose the purchasing price.
The move is part of InBev’s strategy to expand in to China.
Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) of Belgium owns Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis.
