ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — If you thought the ground shook yesterday afternoon, you’re right.
A 3.3 magnitude earthquake hit Arkansas at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday, according to Seismologists at the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter of the quake was in Greenbrier, AR. and could be felt nearly 262 miles away in St. Louis MO.
Seismologist says the earthquake happen in the New Madrid seismic zone.
