GODFREY, Ill. (KMOX) – Police say two churches in Godfrey, Illinois have been hit by overnight burglaries.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Department says surveillance video from Oakwood Church of Christ shows suspects inside the building, early Wednesday morning.
Both were white males wearing dark pants, light colored tennis shoes, and ball caps.
At nearby Cornerstone Church workers also found damage to their building and evidence of a forced break-in the same morning.
