JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – (AP) - The 24-10 roll call by which the Missouri Senate voted Wednesday to approve a compromise proposal setting new rules for dog breeders.

Voting “yes” were 20 Republicans and 4 Democrats.  Voting “no” were 6 Republicans and 4 Democrats.
