ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- Four Mexican Nationals have been sentenced for operating a false document lab in the St. Louis area, as part of a national operation.
Prosecutors say 24-year-old Mauricio Aparicio-Gonzales acquired clients. They say he texted orders to the others who used a computer and printer to make and sell counterfeit resident alien cards, social security cards, and state and foreign driver’s licenses.
Aparicio-Gonzales and 26-year-old Ediel Islas-Patmos. have each been sentenced to a year in prison.
The organization’s leader, 23-year-old Mauro Martinez-Espinosa will spend two years in prison. 49-year-old Rienaldo Pereida has been sentenced to 15 months behind bars.
