ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A 24-year-old downtown St. Louis resident has been charged in the Fourth of July fatal hit-and-run accident on Manchester.
Justin Kramarczyk of the 1600 block of Washington is charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident. Police say investigators anticipate applying for additional charges once the investigation is finished.
Kramarcyk allegedly drove off after hitting 29-year-old John Foster Courtney outside a bar in the 4100 block of Manchester, in the Grove neighborhood. Courtney lived in the 2200 block of Oregon,
Kramarcyk was in police custody by Monday afternoon. Courtney died late Monday night.
