ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – East St. Louis native and former N.B.A. player Darius Miles was arrested Wednesday at Lambert Airport.

T.S.A. officials discovered a loaded, concealed weapon when he went through an X-ray checkpoint.

KMOX is told that Miles was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County jail. He was booked at 7:57 and was released, without bond, at about 9 o’clock Wednesday night

A formal criminal charge is pending.

Miles once played for the Memphis Grizzlies.

It’s not the first time Miles has been in trouble with the law.  He was arrested several years ago for possession of Marijuana.

He was also suspended once in the N.B.A. for substance abuse.
