Circuit Court Rules on Mandatory Health Insurance

The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals rules against mandatory health insurance for Missourians under the Affordable Care Act…..And Missouri’s Attorney General is backing that ruling.

Missouri’s Attorney General says the Affordable Care Act will eventually go before the Supreme Court….and he expects that will happen some-time in October. Koster does not support mandatory coverage, but he does want health care for all Missourians.

Circuit Courts in Georgia and Michigan made opposite rulings on the matter. A Virginia Court has yet to render a decision….Koster expect the Supreme Court to make a Decision by next May.
