ST. LOUIS (KMOX) –  A woman faces charges that she stole money from the Fenton business where she worked as an office manager.

Jessica L. Harris, 30 of High Ridge, was indicted Thursday on five counts of mail fraud and taken into custody.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Harris stole approximately $225,000 from Micro Engineering, a Fenton-based family-owned business which manufactures model railroad products for hobbyists.

If convicted on all counts, Harris faces the possibility of a 100 year prison sentence, and a fine of up to $2.5 million.
