ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A pizza restaurant in the food court at the Galleria is being sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The E.E.O.C. claims a female employee was sexually harassed by an assistant manager. A female employee claims an assistant supervisor rubbed against her, put his hands up her shirt and kissed her.
The employee further contends that when she complained she was given fewer hours and disciplined more.
The Villa Pizza Restaurant is owned by a New Jersey Company. The EEOC says it filed the suit after first attempting to reach a voluntary settlement.
