Vigil Held For Missing Farmington Woman

Park Hills, MO (KMOX)–A vigil’s being held Saturday at Mineral Area College in Park Hills
for Jacque (Jackie) Sue Waller, the Farmington native who’s been missing for
four months.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor in the southeast Missouri county of Cape Giradeau,
says he’s seeking a deposition from Waller’s father-in-law, who may know what
happened to her.

The Southeast Missourian newspaper reports James Clay Waller Junior allegedly
told James Clay Waller Senior that he broke his wife’s neck during an argument
and buried her body.

Waller Senior is bedridden in a nursing home, and the prosecutor wants his
recollection documented.

Waller Junior is currently in federal custody on charges relating to internet
harrassment of his sister-in-law.
