Two County Drug Sweep Nets 12

St. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – The Missouri Highway Patrol reports at approximately 6 a.m., October 19, members of the South Central Drug Task Force, in coordination with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Phelps County Sheriff’s Department, and Rolla Police Department, concluded a long-term narcotics investigation in Phelps County.

Over approximately 18 months, drug task force officers were able to conduct a series of narcotics investigations involving the distribution, sales, and possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, heroin, and prescription medications. The investigation involved loosely affiliated individuals in and around the Phelps County area.

This investigation was aided by Grand Jury indictments prior to the mass round up.

Individuals arrested in connection with this investigation were transported, processed, and held for bond at the Phelps County Jail.

The following individuals were arrested as a result of warrants issued for the listed offenses:

Larry W. Rector, 46, previously  incarcerated in Phelps County Jail — possession of chemicals with intent to  manufacture a controlled substance

Joseph M. Trotter, 31, previously incarcerated in Greene County Jail — sale of a controlled substance

Austin L. Bradstreet, 21, previously incarcerated in Pulaski County Jail — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Ashley M. Monell, 24, previously incarcerated in Missouri Department of Corrections — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Timothy W. Archer, 34, previously incarcerated in Missouri Department of Corrections — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

James B. Burke, 22, of Rolla — sale of a controlled substance near schools

Gary S. Chapman, 32, of Dixon — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Billy J. Burke, 33, of Waynesville — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Duane L. Ficke, 44, of St. Robert — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Sarah A. Raygor, 33, of Crocker — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Jesse J. Raygor, 29, of Crocker — possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance
