PHILADELPHIA (AP)- Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin left Sunday’s game against Arizona in the first quarter with a right shoulder injury.
The Kirkwood High and University of Missouri alumnus was taken to the locker room for further examination. He leads the Eagles with 44 catches, 606 yards and four touchdowns.
Maclin was slow to get up after he took a shot over the middle from Arizona safety Adrian Wilson. He was briefly tended to by trainers on the sideline before walking toward the locker room.
The Eagles were already without wide receiver DeSean Jackson. The two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver was inactive because he missed a team meeting, two people familiar with the situation told The Associated Press.
