FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) - An update to a story KMOX first brought you Friday night about a woman reporting a domestic dispute at a paintball park near Robertsville.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says 49-year-old Pamela Fischer of rural Robertsville is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.

Deputies say it appears Pamela Fischer shot her husband several times with a small-caliber firearm while he was in the shower.

Her bond was set at $100,000.

Police say the victim is expected to survive.
