ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis shoppers who like to get a jump-start on their Christmas shopping will be camping out a little earlier this year.   Major malls in the St. Louis area announced they will open at Midnight after Thanksgiving day.

Normally what is referred to as black Friday starts in the wee hours of Friday morning.

The malls that will be open at midnight on Thanksgiving include Chesterfield Mall, Mid Rivers Mall, South County Mall, West County Center and St. Clair Square.
