Woman Found in Trash Bin Died of Heroin Overdose
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Toxicology results have confirmed that a woman found dead in a St. Louis trash bin died of an accidental heroin overdose.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that results in the death of 27-year-old Ashley Jefferson were released this week by the St. Louis medical examiner’s office. Her body was found Sept. 30.
Police believe she was dumped in the trash bin, but no arrests have been made.
