Firefighters Battle Major Blaze at Pike County Tech School

EOLIA, Mo. (KMOX) – The Pike-Lincoln Technical Center is believed to be a total loss after a large fire ripped through the campus’ main building late Friday.

More than a hundred firefighers were on the scene for more than four hours, including from Lincoln, Pike and the St. Charles County tanker strike team.

The building was empty at the time of the fire, and so nobody is believed to have been hurt.

The cause isn’t known.

Eolia is about 70 miles northwest of St. Louis.
