Home Break-In Suspect May Be Responsible For Rash Of Burglaries

TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. (KMOX) –  Investigators are working to determine if a man arrested for breaking into a Town and Country home last week is responsible for a rash of recent home burglaries.

22-year-old Robert Mason-Ellman was taken into custody following a burglary in the 900 block of Greenwich Green last Tuesday.

Detectives were able to learn that since this past August, Mason-Ellman has sold jewelry to a coin company in Creve Coeur 14 times, and at a dollars-for-gold shop in Fairview Heights Illinois an additional 10 times, raking in more than $11,000 from those sales.

Town and Country detectives also recovered jewelry from Mason-Ellman and are currently trying to identify additional theft victims.
