CLAYTON, MO. (KMOX) -  Prosecutors say a 22-year-old Pine Lawn man is facing charges for a November 2010 killing on St. Charles Rock Road in St. Louis County.

Phillp Buchanan is accused of 2nd degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of 19-year-old Rodney Williams.

St. Louis County Police say Buchanan is jailed on $250,000 bond.
