TROY, Ill. (KMOX) -  A Madison County man faces a felony charge of “harassment by telephone”.

62-year-old James L. Rogers of Troy Illinois is accused of leaving a phone message last week, threatening to kill a man and his entire family.

Madison County sheriff’s officials aren’t identifying the intended target or discussing a possible motive.

Rogers was arrested without incident at his home and is jailed on $150,000 bond.
