EUREKA, Mo. (KMOX) - Six Flags St. Louis is once again launching a search for “friendly, energetic” applicants to fill up to 3,000 job openings over the course of the 2012 season, which begins April 6th.
According to Human Resources Director Adam Loredo, the theme park offers competitive wages in a wide variety of jobs.
“We’re looking for some outgoing, excited, friendly folks who can come out here and give our guests a great time,” he says.
In addition to the obvious need for ride operators and food service personnel, Six Flags is looking for ticket takers, medical services, security officers, marketing and sales interns, finance and retail workers.
They also especially need to hire lifeguards for the new Bonzai Pipeline in Hurricane Harbor.
In addition to those “competitive wages” mentioned earlier, Loredo says there are other unique benefits to working at Six Flags, the chief among them being free tickets for workers, their families and friends for the entire season.
They also offer 401K benefits, scholarship opportunities and more.
Six Flags St. Louis is hosting VIP Job Fairs, with the first one happening Saturday, February 4th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Human Resources Center at the park.
Other sessions with the same hours are set for February 11th and 25th.
