The Illinois state lottery is running into problems with its plan to sell lottery tickets on the internet.
Store owners who now sell the tickets are complaining, saying the move could cost 7-thousand store clerks their jobs.
The state lottery says it plans to offer lottery tickets online as early as next month.
A change in federal gambling law allows the practice.
