Moments before the Blues and the Flames drop the puck on Monday night, Hall of Fame defenseman Al Macinnis was honored for his 11 full seasons in Calgary.  Still the record holder for many statistics in the Flames organization, Macinnis’ #2 jersey was not formally retired, but the team honors him as the first player inducted into their “Forever a Flame” program. Currently still working with the Blues, the Vice President of Hockey Operations had some words for the Calgary crowd.
