Random Shot Narrowly Misses Baby in St. Louis Home

ST. LOUIS (AP) – St. Louis police are investigating after apparently random shots fired inside a home narrowly missed a 6-month-old baby.

KMOV-TV reports that several vehicles were also damaged in the 6800 block of Pennsylvania shortly before 2:30 a.m. Thursday. No injuries were reported, but the shot inside the house lodged in a wall less than a foot from the baby.

Police say they’re using both marked and unmarked cars to patrol the neighborhood.
