Lambert Concourse C Ready For Boarding

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – It was just under a year ago that a tornado tore through Lambert Airport.  No one died but the damage was heavy.

Now, most of the repair work is done and Monday morning, the newly-renovated Concourse “C” reopens.

Mayor Slay cuts the ribbon at 7 a.m.

Concourse “C” is home to American, Frontier and Cape Air airlines and now includes new artwork, shops, coffee stops and a tavern or two.

Airport officials say the only things missing are some chairs at the American Airlines gates.  The chairs are on the way.
