St. Louis, MO (KMOX)–Teamwork, police believe, is the key to quelling violence in the Delmar Loop.
One common complaint has been that, come University City’s 9 p.m. curfew, the police there just push rowdy teens across the city border.
St. Louis Police Captain Mike Caruso says *that* won’t happen again. Caruso says more officers are on patrol and teens who cause trouble will be stopped and their parents called.
He adds that St. Louis and University City police are working on better cooperation and coordination.
