BRENTWOOD, Mo. (KMOX) – A longtime Brentwood watering hole goes up in flames…
Fire Chief Ted Jury says crews were called to the Sports Attic on Manchester Road, around four Friday morning, “As they were making their way to the back of the building, the floor started to get real soft on them. So, they were given the order to evacuate. At that time, the floor caved in.”
Jury says all firefighters got out safely.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Jury says the building—estimated to be around 100 years old — is a total loss.
