ST. LOUIS–(KMOX)–Police have several suspects in custody in connection with the alleged kidnap and rape of a woman. The woman claims she was kidnapped, carjacked and raped by three men armed with guns who confronted her as she left a south city bar.
Police give this account: A 52-year old white female was approached by three black males in their 20s, as she left a bar in the 3700 block of Delor around 11:30 Monday night. The victim stated that she was forced into the back of her own car, and then driven around the city for several hours while the suspects raped her.
The woman tells investigators she was able to make her getaway around 4 a.m. Tuesday, when the suspects stopped for gas at a station in the 1300 block of Gravois.
Late Tuesday police say they found the woman’s stolen car, a 2007 Silver Chrysler 300. It was located in the 3200 block of Delor. They are not releasing names of those taken into custody.
