ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A Jefferson County man has been charged in the hit and run death of a tow truck driver on I-70.

21 year old Aaron Bogue is charged with felony leaving the scene and is being held on $50,000 cash only bond.

He is accused in the death of 51 year old David Bense who was helping a motorist along I-70 in North St. Louis.

Bense was placing cones and flares on the side of the Interstate when he was struck Monday night.
