Lebanon, IL (KMOX) – A $500,000 bond is set for a Lebanon, Illinois man, accused of sexually assaulting a woman after shooting her with a stun gun.
Shiloh police say 48-year-old Richard Lee went to the home of a woman he knew just after midnight Friday morning, shot her with a stun gun, tied her up and assaulted her. He released her before leaving.
Lee was arrested at his home a short time after the incident. He’s charged with two counts of aggravated criminal assault with a weapon.
