In Illinois 55% of residents say they’re part of a religious group.

Broken down by county, Monroe County Illinois has a 63% of religious adherents, St. Louis and St. Charles Counties 52% each, St. Clair Co. Ill. 50%, Madison County 48%, St. Louis city 46%, and Jefferson County 37%.
