The Hi Pointe Theater continues their very popular classic film series Saturday, May 12 at 10:30 AM with a showing of “Double Indemnity.” I will be on hand to introduce the movie at 10:20 AM.
Starring Barbara Stanwyck, Fred MacMurry and Edward G. Robinson, “Double Indemnity” is the story of an insurance salesman who gets talked into a murder for profit scheme.
The film was directed by Billy Wilder and is based on the writings of Raymond Chandler.
