ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Police say there are at least three cases in St. Louis County where women shoppers were robbed at gun point in broad daylight in store parking lots.
They all happened within several days. In one of the cases a 37 year old woman was in a parking lot at a K-Mart on Lemay Ferry when four men pointed a gun at her and took her purse.
At a Kohl’s parking lot on Watson Road, there was a similar incident. And, still another at the MacKenzie Point Shopping Center in the 7800 block of Watson Road in Shrewsbury, a 35 year old woman was getting out of her car when another car pulled up.
One man inside pointed a gun at her and demanded her purse and her cell phone. In every case the suspects were in a green Chevrolet Impala.
