DENVER (AP) - The Colorado Rockies have recalled right-handed pitcher Adam Ottavino from Triple-A Colorado Springs on Sunday and optioned lefty Rex Brothers to the Sky Sox.

This is Ottavino’s second call-up since the Rockies claimed him off waivers from St. Louis on April 3. He was recalled May 5 and had four strikeouts in 2 2/3 innings in two appearances.

Ottavino is expected to be in uniform when the Rockies play the final game of their three-game series with Seattle on Sunday.

Brothers, 24, has appeared in 22 games for the Rockies this season, going 2-2 with a 5.87 ERA, 12 walks and 21 strikeouts. In 70 career major league games, Brothers is 3-4 with a 3.70 ERA, 32 walks and 80 strikeouts.
