ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A St. Louis Firefighter was treated after becoming nauseous while fighting a fire in South St. Louis.
Investigators believe the cause is arson. A witness told officials they saw a car drive up to the vacant store front in the 4000 block of Morganford and throw something into the building.
Fire officials confirm a strong smell of gasoline at the scene.
