COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP)- Some new University of Missouri graduates are staying on campus to begin their post-college careers.
The Columbia Daily Tribune reports that the campus fundraising office hires recent grads to work as MU development officers. The new hires already have a vital skill for those positions: a passion for the university.
The new employees can look toward role models such as university budget director Tim Rooney. He’s a 1972 campus graduate who has spent all but four years of his working life on campus.
