MAPLEWOOD, Mo. (KMOX) – Maplewood Police are searching for two men accused of holding up a pizza delivery driver. It’s the third mugging of an area pizza delivery worker in as many weeks.
Authorities says the driver was robbed at gunpoint at a home in the 7200 block of Lyndover Saturday around 9:40 p.m.
The victim told police he was delivering a pizza to the residence when two black men approached him and displayed a gun. One man was wearing a white bandanna around his face.
After received an undisclosed amount of money, the suspects fled the area on foot.
The victim was not injured.
