ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- Krispy Kreme and local police officers will be raising money for Special Olympics of Missouri.

The promotion is called Cops on Doughnuts and all proceeds go to Special Olympics and supporting their athletes.

Local police officers will take the roof of the St. Louis Krispy Kreme stores on Friday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Fredbird will make an appearance at the S. Lindbergh location from 10 a.m. to 11a.m.

Izzy from the Gateway Grizzles will make an appearance at the Fenton location from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
