ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — St. Louis Children’s Hospital ranks among the nations top pediatric hospitals according to a new U.S. News and World Report survey.
For the tenth consecutive year, St. Louis Children’s Hospital has been named to the magazine’s Honor Roll list for Best Children’s Hospitals. One of only a dozen nationwide to receive the honor.
Eighty hospitals across the country ranked in one or more specialties surveyed by U.S. News and World Report this year. St. Louis Children’s Hospital earned high rankings in all ten specialties, including the top ten for pediatric neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics and pulmonology.
The facility rounded out the top ten with its highest ranking being 7th in pediatric neurology & neurosurgery, and 8th in orthopedic care.
Other noteworthy categories that received high rankings were pediatric cancer along with pediatric heart surgery and cardiology. Both came in at 13th.
