CASEYVILLE, IL. (KMOX) - A nurse at Caseyville Nursing Home has pleaded guilty to Health Care Fraud.
Federal prosecutors say 34 year old Diana Van Etten would sign for the drug Hydrocodone as if it were for a nursing home patient, but would use it herself.
She also allegedly faxed false prescription requests to a pharmacy and steal the drug from patients.
Van Etten faces ten years in prison and a quarter-million dollar fine.
