“I Heart Shakey,” a 3D film about a family dog, a widowed dad and his 10-year-old daughter, will have a special benefit sneak preview Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00am at The Hi Pointe Theater.

The film,  which opens nationally on June 29th, stars Steve Guttenberg and Beverly D’Angelo,  will be shown to benefit Stray Rescue of St. Louis. Tickets are $10 per person. The dog used in the film, Ebony, will be on hand to greet attendees. Stray Rescue of St. Louis is a local no kill animal shelter. The organization also promotes adoption of rescue and shelter pets.
