ST. LOUIS (KMOX)-A St. Louis County woman is in jail today charged with selling thousands of counterfeit purses, shoes and other clothing bearing labels including Coach, Prada, Guru and numerous others.

Prosecutors say 49-year-old Soukeye Fox has been selling the counterfeit products, some of it made in China, since 2008 at businesses on Cherokee Street and West Florissant and at the Frison Flea Market on St. Charles Rock Road in Pagedale, which was raided by federal Homeland Security Investigations, FBI and Customs agents Friday morning.

Prosecutors say Fox also maintained an inventory of components for making counterfeit purses, including almost 6,000 counterfeit purse labels.

Fox was indicted on one felony federal count of trafficking in counterfeit goods Thursday. She was arrested Friday morning.

If convicted Fox, also known as Soukeye Samb and Sue Fox, faces up to ten years in prison and/or up to $2 million in fines.
