A Ferguson man is jailed accused of kidnapping an 8-year-old neighbor on Vitadale Court in Ferguson Friday night.

Police say 27-year-old Jebidiah Burks forced the boy into his car and drove off.

The boy’s father gave chase.

The boy managed to jump out and Burks ran and was arrested.

Burks is jailed at Clayton under a 75-thousand dollar cash-only bond.
