ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis’ Health Department and Metro Taxicab Commission are restricting the hours of the city’s horse and carriage operations.

To ensure the health and welfare of the horses the carriage rides wont be available until after 8 P.M.

The restriction will be in effect until Wednesday July 4th.

Residents are also being asked to report any open fire hydrants.  Residents should call the water department at 314 771 4880 or in case of emergency dial 9-1-1
