ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) – Realty Exchange Commercial Group recently purchase of the Bouras Mop Company building in Lafayette Square.

The building, located at 1322 Dolman Street in South St. Louis, once housed the manufacturing center for the company, which was established in 1904. The company produced commercial and retail mops under various names such as Cedar Mops, the Quickie Mop, Rubbermaid Mops and the Libman Wonder Mop.

Apted Brothers, LLC, the company that purchased the building, plans to rehab the top three floors into luxury apartments. Retail and office space is planned for the lower level. Pre-leasing of up to 12-thousand square feet of commercial space is now available.

Realty Exchange investment specialist Rusty Crutsinger represented Apted Brothers LLC in the purchase of the building. He also is handling the leasing of the building.
