ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- A bank robber wearing a Batman symbol on his dark baseball cap is wanted for robbing the Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union at 9th and Chestnut Thursday morning.

The FBI says the suspect is an African-American man about 30 years of age about 5’5″ to 5’7″, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

The suspect approached the teller at about 10:40 AM, and gave them a demand note indicating he had a weapon but did not show one.

The robber left after taking an undisclosed amount of money.
