ST. LOUIS Mo. (KMOX) – Town and Country based Charter Communications has been named as the most hated cable company in the United States.
The study was put together by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, fueled in part by the business school at the University of Michigan.
Long Island Power Authority and Northeast Utilities topped the list, but Charter, and its competitor Comcast were the next two in line.
That’s Charter Spokeswoman Anita Lamont says charter is under going a customer experience transformation right now. Hopefully giving the people you talk to on the phone more information and ability to help you out.
Four other cable, television and internet providers to make the most hated list. Several major airlines were on the list.
