JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMOX) – If you’ve been called lately by a firm calling itself “Branson Travel and Cruise“, know that they’ve now attracted the attention of Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster.
His office has sued Branson Travel and Cruise, another company called Branson Premier Travel, and St. Louis-based Super Market Merchandising for violating the state’s No-Call List.
All three companies are owned by the same man, Kevin Knasel.
The Attorney General’s office is asking a judge to order the telemarketers to quit calling Missouri residents, while also seeking civil penalties and court costs.
